Shipping, clearly laid out.

We deliver Jolly Cat Nook orders to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or destinations outside the United States.

Processing and transit are separate.

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard transit takes 2–7 days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates; weather, carrier interruptions and address issues can cause delays.

A simple shipping rate.

The threshold is based on merchandise after any discounts and before taxes. Shipping charges, when applicable, appear before you place an order.

Following your delivery.

When your order dispatches, shipment information is sent to the email address supplied at checkout. A carrier may need time to scan a new tracking number. Items may arrive in separate packages; we do not add another shipping charge for a split shipment.

Address changes and delays.

Please check your street address, apartment number, state and ZIP code before ordering. Email us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If dispatch cannot occur within the stated processing period, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a refund. We will seek consent to a delay where required; if you do not consent, we will cancel and refund as required by law.

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check the delivery area and household first, then contact us. If a parcel arrives damaged, retain the packaging and contact us with the order number and any helpful photos.
