A clear path for returns.

If a bed is not the right choice, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please keep the packaging until you have checked the bed’s dimensions and condition.

How to return a bed.

1. Check that the item is unused and that you are within 30 days of delivery.
2. You may email hello@jollycatnook.com or use our contact form for guidance. Include your order number, the item and the reason for the return. Photos can help with a defect, wrong item or shipping damage.
3. Pack the bed securely in its original packaging. Include the order number or other proof of purchase so we can identify the return.
4. Send the return to: Jolly Playthings LLC, 4050 DOMINION DR DUMFRIES, VA 22026-2428. Keep the shipping receipt and tracking number.

You can contact us before sending a return, but contacting us does not change the return window or your legal rights.

Who pays return shipping?

We cover return shipping when the item is defective, incorrect or damaged in transit. Contact us so we can arrange the appropriate return instructions. For a change of mind, an unsuitable size or another customer-choice reason, the customer pays return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Inspection and refunds.

After the return reaches the address above, inspection takes 3–5 business days. If approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method and notify you by email. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Approved returns receive a refund for the returned merchandise. Original shipping charges are not refunded for customer-choice returns. For a defective, incorrect or transit-damaged item, we also refund any applicable original shipping charges.

If a return does not meet these conditions, we will explain the issue and available options before taking further action.

Exchanges and cancellations.

Contact us to discuss a different size or style. Availability determines whether an exchange is possible; a return and a new purchase may be the simplest route. If you need to cancel an order, contact us promptly. We can cancel before dispatch when processing allows; after dispatch, the return policy applies.
