Using this store.

You must be an adult with the legal capacity to place an order. Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping details. Keep any account login secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful material.

Product details and fit.

Our collection contains non-electric cat beds, caves and tents for indoor resting. Read the selected option, listed dimensions, materials and care information before ordering. Outside dimensions are not the same as usable internal sleeping space. Color appearance can vary with screens and lighting. Photographic room props and pets are not included.

Use each bed for its intended resting purpose and supervise your cat’s initial use. Check the bed for damage and stop using it if parts become loose or damaged. Keep packaging away from pets. No bed guarantees that a particular cat will use it.

Prices and orders.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping and any taxes collected are shown at checkout before order submission. We do not use a displayed price as a promise to sell if it results from a clear error. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to confirm the correct details or offer cancellation and a refund.

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine stock issue, an address outside our delivery area, suspected fraud or another lawful reason. We will notify you and refund any amount collected for a canceled item.

Delivery and returns.

We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 2–7 days in transit. Orders of $59 or more ship free; standard shipping below that threshold is $6.99. See the Shipping Policy for details and delayed-shipment choices.

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within the conditions of our 30-day Refund Policy. Returns go to our business address shown below. Nothing in these terms removes rights provided by applicable law.

Website content.

The Jolly Cat Nook name, our original site design and original written content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Product images are displayed for shopping purposes. Links to other websites do not make us responsible for those sites’ content or practices.

Reasonable limits.

We aim to keep the store accurate and available, but technical interruptions and errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses from use of the website. No limitation excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be limited. Any dispute will be handled under applicable United States and Virginia law, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers.
